I was skeptical at first because of the seemingly too low price, but I'm a customer for life now.

This review pertains to my first experience with GenuineInk. com. Some background: In the past, I've had knock-off cartridges that have failed pretty quickly and frustratingly underperformed, costing me both time and money. So this go-around, I decided to go back to my HP OEM cartridges for my color laser printer. GenuineInk. com had a good price - so good that I was a bit skeptical, at first. I was skeptical enough at first that I sent an email with my concerns and got their assurances in-writing that if I had a problem with an order, they would work with me to make it right. On that, I placed my order. First off, let me say that I really appreciated the fast shipping. I think it took just one day for my order to be fulfilled. Upon receipt, I inspected and installed all of the cartridges and all performed well right out of the box. That was my probably my first biggest concern dealing with a new source for cartridges described as OEM. I'm pleased to say that my concerns were alleviated. GenuineInk is the real-deal: Quality and service at a low, fair price. I'll not hesitate to buy from Genuine Ink again.

We needed an expensive GENUINE toner cartridge for our XEROX laser printer and I found the best price here at GenuineInk. com. We don't use 'alternative off-brand inks or toners as we've had issues with performance and ruining printers). So I checked google reviews to see if the company was legit, and the reviews were all great! So I took a chance and placed the order. THREE days later the cartridge arrived and I replaced the old toner with the new and all is good again!
